In order to understand how to leave a positive leadership legacy, we must first define leadership and what a new leadership paradigm might look like in veterinary medicine. Through an interactive discussion, we will work together to identify what it looks like to lead well and set the stage for equipping others to do the same, thereby leaving a legacy of leadership in the profession, no matter how old you are.
