If we are going to lead well and allow all members of the veterinary team to thrive, we must master the skill of setting and maintaining boundaries. The younger generations are showing us what this might look like. We must take advantage of this amazing opportunity to collaborate. We will build on the skills sets from the previous session and create individual strategies for how to put effective boundaries in place and maintain them.
